| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone Conversation DETAILS: We discussed the recent written correspondences received by the water system operator. Our conversation was also summarized in an e-mail which said:“…You asked what are your next steps-- they are:1. Contacting the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Program – James Nusrala at: 971-673-0459 and discussing ‘Plan Review’ of your water source2. The Oregon Health Authority will assign your water system a water testing schedule-- you will want to follow that scheduleI also told you about a revolving loan fund available to community water systems in Oregon. The program also provides engineering consultations for free to water systems. They may be reached at: https://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/SRF/Pages/index.aspxFinally, I let you know that we needed to receive a written response from you regarding your action plan for resolving the water contamination issue at your water system. For your convenience, I have attached our last correspondences to this e-mail.
