| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a sample collected on 4/8/15 that tested total coliform positive. The sample was collected at House #1 which is at the end of the line of the 6 houses the water system serves. The system has installed nitrate (RO) units and the sample was collected post treatment. Due to the water issues, the system has been providing bottled water and still continues to do so. An engineering firm will be surveying the system on the week of April 20th. In the meantime, the system will collect the follow up samples next week. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample next week (April 13). Follow up with DWS on the report from the engineering firm. Additional sampling may be required based on the follow up results. | ||
