| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to survey deficiency correction deadline DETAILS: Survey correction deadline was April 15, 2015. There was one deficiency for not meeting the setback requirements for the well. Initially when the system went through plan review for the well, a document was submitted from Anderson-Perry on how the system was going to work with the land owner to meet the setback requirement. A copy of this has not been found. The mayor could not give an update on the status of this correction. ACTION NEEDED: A copy of the land use agreement needs to be reviewed by the city and reconfirm if the land use steps will still be taken in the approved manner. Otherwise a new plan needs to done with the land owner and the city. Recommended the city contact OAWU for their assistance. The city may be able to submit a setback waiver request. Because the farmed area around the crop is currently in a crop rotation, a 3 month deadline extension will be given. The city has until July 15, 2015 to get the land use practices finalized. A status update is to be given to DWS every month until the deadline of 7/15/15. | ||
