| Details: | SUMMARY: deficiency correction timeline extension DETAILS: Chad called to discuss the water system survey done on the system and the correction timetable. An email timeframe was received and the following correction timeframe was approved: 6 month extension (due Oct. 17, 2015) : 1) creating an operations and maintenance manual and 2) making the chlorine feed pump proportional to flow.
