| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Alert DETAILS: Waterlab Corp contacted me to report the routine quarterly sample that was recently collected from the WS has total coliform and E. coli detections. I contacted Adam and informed him to take 4 repeat samples (one from the well and the other 3 from the distribution) ASAP. I also told him if any of the repeat samples are positive, the system will need to issue a boil water/public notice and do additional monitoring directly from the well. I will be in contact if that happens. You may want to take a look at the well head for any obvious problems (there should be a water tight seal/no openings on the top of the well). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sample results. | ||
