| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: I contacted Keith Andresen and notified him that we are rapidly approaching the 4/24/2015 due date for corrective action on significant deficiencies at Morgan Park. Keith is having the local company Pump Pro assemble the necessary documents for the plan review submission. They are also investigating ways to put vents on this style of buried tank. At the suggestion of my State contact Laura Burns, I suggested that he prioritize the submission of the plan review documents on time instead of spending to much more time seeking solutions for the vent. ACTION NEEDED: Verify when plan review documents are submitted. | ||
