| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli + at Source DETAILS: Dave took a follow up sample on 4/3/15 to see if his corrections made on the well head corrected the bacterial issue. The sample came back positive for coliform and E.coli. The system has been practicing interim 4-log disinfection since there initial e.coli detection on 3/6/15. Contact time worksheet calculated that 0.2 mg/l as the lowest residual to be detected to maintain 4-log disinfection. A source evaluation request was sent to Shawn Stevenson on 4/13/15 along with the information Dave gathered during his site visit to fix the well head deficiencies for both the active well and the emergency well. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for source evaluation and send a corrective action letter to Dave Love by the end of April. | ||
