| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC/Total Coliform Follow Up DETAILS: John contacted me through email and provided a copy of their public notice. I sent a copy of the notice to OHA DWP for compliance. The WS is still having unresolved total coliform detections and is now a PNC. John mentioned that they were in the final stages of transferring all potable water to a new well drilled for his home on the same property. He hopes that will both be done in a month and be a final cure on this problem. I mentioned that any new or existing source that is added to a public water system must get approval from OHA Drinking Water Program first. I gave him contact info for plan review and copied Cary Gentry on the email. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on well switch over and plan review status | ||
