| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert 2nd Quarter 2015 DETAILS: Routine sample for 2nd quarter 2015 with result of 0.013 mg/l. WS currently under administrative order for arsenic MCL violations. WS has been working with circuit rider/Rob Henry and have completed a plan for installing a treatment system. Natasha sent me a copy of their engineered treatment plan on 4/9/15. I forwarded the plan to OHA DWP. The WS has a deadline of 5/31/15 to submit their construction plan and until 9/30/15 to complete construction. I contacted Natasha and reminded her to keep monitoring quarterly for arsenic and to reissue their public notice each quarter until the arsenic problem is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on construction plan ,PN, and monitoring. | ||
