| Details: | SUMMARY: Sent Letter – WSS Schedule Request DETAILS: Hood River County Health Department sent a letter to the operator which said:"Mr. Warila,Hood River County Health Department last performed a ‘Water System Survey’ site visit at your water system on 8/11/09. It is time to schedule another visit-- these surveys typically occur once every five years at transient non-community water systems. This site visit is likely to take between 1-2 hours and will require field visits to the water system infrastructure.Please contact Ian Stromquist, REHS to schedule this visit (541-387-7130). We will make ourselves available at a convenient time for you. We have also attached a fact-sheet titled ‘Preparing for a Water System Survey: For water system operators’.
