| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Sample was Over the MCL DETAILS: The State requested a sample be collected for Arsenic in the distribution. I collected a sample on 4/15/15. I received a copy of the lab report on 4/17/15 and the result was 0.0132 mg/l. This was over the MCL of 0.01 mg/l. I contacted Mike Brown on 4/20/15 to relay the result and he said they have been back-flushing the filtration system as required in the operations manual. Mike was going to contact AdEdge, the manufacture, to see what is causing this and what they could do to get the system working properly. Mike said he will post a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Fix the Arsenic treatment system and re-sample as necessary to show the system is working properly. | ||
