Details: SUMMARY: Alert follow up for Routine TC+ DETAILS: Called operator Norman and the repeats had already been taken. The 3 from distribution were taken same day but source sample taken the next day due to access limitation. All 3 distribution repeats absent. Discussed need for 5 temp routines in May and if absent can go back to quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for result from source sample and take 5 temp routines in May regardless.
