Details: SUMMARY: Alert TC 4/17/15 sample DETAILS: Called Mr. Anthony about the positive TC on the 4/17/15 sample. Left message. He returned my call and left a message the repeat samples to include a triggered well sample had been taken. He had also discovered the pump had been pulled and replaced and no one had mentioned it to him. ACTION NEEDED: await the results of the resampling
