Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Joe called me to report total coliform detections on all 4 repeat samples. He said the problem was most likely caused by a recent repair that he was unaware of. Jones well drilling pulled the well pump and replaced a valve. Joe thinks the pump was reset without any shock chlorination of the well. He is working with the water system to schedule a time to shock chlorinate and flush the system. He will take 5 temporary routines during the first week of May. I reminded him to make sure a written public notice was issued and copy provided to DWS for compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on corrective action, public notice and follow up monitoring.
