| Details: | SUMMARY: E-Mail Conversation DETAILS: There are two separate issues that must be addressed. They are:1. The fecal contamination at your water source (E-coli test result).2. That the spring source construction has not been approved as of this date (plan review)Please answer the following questions 1. What specific steps (goals/tasks/actions) do you plan to take to resolve the fecal contamination at the water source?2. What specific date(s) do you expect to complete each task toward resolving the fecal contamination at the water source? What specific date will the fecal contamination be resolved?3. What specific date do you plan to submit ‘as-built’ construction plans of your water system source to the Oregon Health Authority for review (along with the required plan review fee)?As a reminder, we strongly recommend that you submit/discuss your plans to resolve these issues before making alterations to the existing spring system in order to avoid costly and avoidable mistakes.The more detail that you are able to provide the better.
