Details:	On 3/8/2021, I completed a Level 2 Coliform desk investigation by phone for Olympic Forest Products water system #41-94882, and also discussed their current plans for installing a disinfection (chlorination) system to the water system as well. During my last L2 Investigation visit to the system, the system had water hammering/shuddering issues, possibly caused by the removal of a system attachment. The system's shuddering was believed to possibly be triggering water leaks, specifically by the pressure tank and ion exchange areas before distribution, thus resulting in positive coliform results. Hans informed me of the multiple corrective actions taken since the previous two Level 2 Coliform Investigation reports, including: * New replacement pressure tank (photo was forwarded to me in an email) * Water softener (ion exchange) container fixed/replaced after leak was identified * Water lines replaced - from pump to ion exchange, and from pump to pressure tank Hans also mentioned that he is currently discussing disinfection (chlorination) system options for installation on the water system. We discussed that Plan Review approval from the State of Oregon DWS would be required before it is installed.
