| Details: | SUMMARY: E. Coli TR Positive in the Distribution DETAILS: Currently the contact is Daniel who is also with Loon Lake Lodge. This property at the end of the month is changing ownerships. Daniel has issued a boil water notice for Darlings Resort. They are going to collect a triggered source sample. I told Daniel to look at the spring box, a previous deficiency was the spring box lid was not water tight which could allow a temporary source of contamination. This system failed to take there RP samples but took 5 TR this month. I will do a contact time work sheet for the system to see if they can meet 4 log disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Issue Tier 1 Boil Water Notice. Collect source trigger sample. Investigate possible sources of contamination. | ||
