Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiencies correct action timeline extension DETAILS: A letter was received from James on April 13, 2015 outlining the 2014 survey deficiencies corrected to date and items requiring additional time to complete. Arrangements have been made to evaluate pressure gauges to monitor performance of cartridge filters and to upgrade the flow meter leaving the storage tank. James will continue working on the operations and maintenance manual. The system plans to correct the remaining deficiencies by 6/1/15. On April 27th, received phone call from James that engineer will be visiting Monday May 4th to evaluate treatment processes. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up in June on progress to correct remaining deficiencies.
