| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: Suttle Lake has completed their SDs. They had both back flow valves tested by Douglass Garbrecht on 3/22/15 they have installed a candy cane vent on their wellhead and they cleaned out the pump room of paint and chemicals. The reservoirs have a vented lid( I errored this SD due to the lids are vented. I didnt inspect it close enough) and they have completed their O & E manual. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
