Details:	SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. Screening on wellhead vent has rusted away- Scheduled for repair by 5-30-15. 2. Plan review has been completed 4-5-12. The plan review had been mistakenly attached to Timothy Lake Oak Grove PWS# 4190504. It has been correctly attached to this system. 3. O & M manual for this system will be completed by 6-30-15. ACTION NEEDED: Document when repairs are completed.
