Details:	SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up- Corrective action plan DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. Lock to be installed on reservoir & kept locked by April 30, 2015. Picture to be sent.2. Operation & maintenance manual to be drafted & completed June 30, 2015. 3. Updated coliform sampling plan to be completed by June 30, 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of completed coliform sample plan, O & M documents & picture of locked reservoir.
