| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up- Corrective action plan DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. Hand pump to wellhead bolts scheduled to be tightened/replaced by 4-30-15. Note: Cracked concrete pad will be replaced before 5-30-15. Drain next to hand pump to be capped. ACTION NEEDED: Document when repairs are completed. | ||
