| Details: | SUMMARY: Ongoing work with significant deficiencies DETAILS: Continuing to work with this system to correct significant deficiencies from 8/14 survey. System made jump from TNC to Community system and is in legal conflict with landowner on ownership issues. DWP just completed well evaluations and I sent letter to system requiring well #1 to be legally abandoned. I extended original due date to July 1, 2015. System has made good progress on other deficiencies including sampling and documents. ACTION NEEDED: Abandon well #1 by July 1, 2015. No need for PN for not correcting this deficiency as Im working closely with system. | ||
