| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up- Corrective action plan DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. Two horse corrals to be moved at least 100 ft away from well head by 6-30-15. 2. Sign to be posted at well head reading "Do not water horses at hand pump. Haul water to campsite." ACTION NEEDED: Document when repairs are completed. | ||
