| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up- Corrective action plan DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. Missing spout bolt will be replaced by 5-30-15.2. Damaged well casing and concrete pad planned for replacement in summer of 2015. Expected completion date 7-30-15.3. Catch basin to be removed when pad is poured. ACTION NEEDED: Document when repairs are completed. | ||
