| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up- Corrective action plan DETAILS: I spoke with the operator about follow ups for the forest service camp systems. I asked her to come up with a corrective action plan for the deficiencies from the 7-24-14. Kathleen email me the list of systems & corrections to be made. 1. System will confirm or install a large gasket to provide adequate seal between handpump & well casing by 6-30-15. ACTION NEEDED: Document when repairs are completed. | ||
