Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Called system regarding missed 1st quarter 2015 routine coliform. Rich took sample this morning and submitted to lab. This will be for 2nd quarter 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time routine sampling for coliforms. Get results to state by 10th of month following each quarter. Also take annual nitrate.
