Told Jeff to post a Tier 2 Public notice, shock chlorinate and flush the system. Start plan review process for residual maintenance for chlorination system at the facility. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 TR in May, can remove the Public Notice after 1 sample comes back clean. Start plan review for residual maintenance . | ||
