| Details: | The treatment report submitted for January showed that the chlorine residual on January 15th was below the 0.2 mg/L minimum. The required CT/disinfection standard was also not met that day. 03.10.2021 - I contacted Mr. Thayer and advised him to post a Tier 2 public notice. Mr. Thayer then clarified that there was a data recording error on the report. The correct chlorine residual on January 15th was 0.31 mg/L, not 0.1 mg/L. CT/disinfection standard was met. Mr. Thayer emailed an amended report to DMCE and a copy to me. DMCE reviewed the amended report and approved it. The violation got removed as part of the review of the amended report. As a result, the operator was informed via email not to post the Tier 2 violation. |
