| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive for sample date 12/12/14 DETAILS: Called Mr. Feige to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He said he was already out to sample. He took a source sample at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of January. He said that he would be sure to get them. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond as needed. | ||
