| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 12-29-14 DETAILS: The operator contacted me that he was notified be the lab about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a source sample at each well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. The pump in well # 1 has been replaced so the coliform could be from the recent work on the system. I reminded him that hell need to take 5 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary | ||
