| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive for sample date 1/7/15 DETAILS: 1-7-15- Fred Kalish contacted me on my cell phone to let me know that Deer Pointe Meadows has a routine e-coli positive sample. I also got a call on my cell from the owner of the park Dale Strom. I called Dale back to let him know to take a source sample at each of the well heads & 3 repeats samples in the distribution system. I let him know to sample right away. I let him know to plan for a boil. He should have the manager prepare for a boil because if any of the follow up samples are e-coli or total coliform positive. He said that he understood & would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
