| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- repeat total coliform positive for sample date 1/5/15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me that he was notified be the lab about the repeat total coliform positive samples. I let him know that a public notice would be needed. He indicated that he had the total coliform public notice template. He would complete & distribute the notice. He said that he would disinfect the well with the total coliform. I suggested he take a special sample after the disinfection to be sure it worked. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples are needed for January. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & be sure that DWS gets a copy. | ||
