| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 3-4-15 DETAILS: Patrick O Brian called this office to let me know that he is once again the contact for the system. I let him know that I would send in an information update to DWS to set him as the contact. I also let him know to take a source sample a the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. He indicate that Well # 2 is still not in use. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine distribution samples in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
