| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 1/14/15 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator to let him know about the total coliform sample. I let him know to take a source sample at the active sources. I also let him know to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I reminded him that 5 temp routine samples will be needed in February. I also asked if they have checked the chlorinator to see if its operating properly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
