| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform present in repeat sample from 4-13-15 DETAILS: Larry called reporting 1 of repeat samples showed coliform present. He postulated when he did a recent chlorine shock that there may have been failure for enough chlorine contact time at that residence. We reviewed requirement to collect 5 TEMPORARY ROUTINE SAMPLES in the distribution system by months end and I promised to mail him the public notice template and instructions for unresolved total coliforms for his use.If the 5 sample results are clean. Next total coliform sample is due in the July-September quarter. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samplespublic notice | ||
