| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review efforts and Emergency Response Plan feedback DETAILS: Ms Willis inquired about the emergency response plan she had sent via email. I advised her to expand on a few points such as explaining in detail how to shock chlorinate the system and what documents might be logical to have on hand in advance of an emergency. I explained that I would expect to review these details again on the next system survey. She stated intent to move forward on plan review details needed for the last well put into use for this system and would call Jay at the Springfield office to start the process. ACTION NEEDED: Ms. Willis to move forward with plan review for well and further edit her emergency response plan. | ||
