| Details: | SUMMARY: I met with Cari Hinesly to review corrections to the deficiencies noted on the 10-29-14 water system survey. DETAILS: 4-10-15 --- I met with Cari Hinesly to review corrections to the deficiencies noted on the 10-29-15 water system survey. All deficiencies have been corrected but one. An approved corrective action plan is in place for NSF certification of treatment chemicals with a compliance date of 5-11-15. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
