| Details: | SUMMARY: RT + for coliform DETAILS: Tried to call Brenda 5/6 and 5/7 with no answer and no voice-mail available. I e-mailed Rick who in the past I have dealt with for this water system. Notified them they need to collect 3 RP samples and 1 at the source. This has been an ongoing coliform issue at the system. I also suggested they look at installing chlorination and provided them with the plan review information as well. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 RP samples and 1 at the source. 5 temporary routines in June.06075 | ||
