| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine distribution sample taken 5-4-15 DETAILS: I received a call from Melinda with the USFS Lazy Bend CG with questions regarding repeat sampling for a total coliform positive routine distribution system sample taken 5-4-15. I explained that they would need to take a triggered source water sample and three repeat samples in the distribution system in which one of the repeat samples would be taken at the original postitive sample site, one sample to be taken within 5 connections upstream and one sample within 5 connections downstream of the original positive sample site. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 1 triggered source sample and 3 repeat distribution samples within 24-hrs. 5 temporary routine samples are needed for the month of June 2015. Normal quarterly sampling can resume beginning July 1, 2015, provided all follow-up sampling is absent of coliform bacteria. | ||
