| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Action follow up DETAILS: Dave Love with Culligan water called me today to follow up on the corrective action letter dated April 21 2015 which required a corrective action answer by 5/21/15. Dave said the water system would like to continue with the 4 log disinfection as there corrective action. Dave said they submitted the April report for monthly ground water monitoring today to DMCE. They system was on interim 4 log disinfection following confirmed E.coli in there well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue 4- log disinfection | ||
