| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Marty about the detection from sample taken 5/6/2015. He said the testing lab employee collects the samples. Marty has taken five repeat samples, one of which was a TG source sample. I reminded him the routine samples should not be taken at the same site every time but rotated. If all are negative, no further action is required, if there is a positive sample will be required to take five temp. routine samples in June . ACTION NEEDED: Take samples as required. | ||
