| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive DETAILS: Received a call from Frank about a total coliform-positive on Tues. 5/12 at the 11378 Horny Hollow site. Three repeat samples and triggered source sample at Well #1 in use at the time will be collected. On Thurs. 5/14 received email with follow-up sample results collected on 5/13 and all repeats and source samples were absent. Spoke with Frank about mislabeled reports. On Mon. 5/19, received revised reports from lab and forwarded to DMCE requesting results be entered to replace the reports received on 5/14. ACTION NEEDED: Water system is to collect 5 routine samples in June. |
