| Details: | SUMMARY: Inspectionof New Well DETAILS: Met on site with Scott Purswell of Purswells Pumps to inspect the new well. The lockable box over the well head was in place, but needed to have a lock installed. Discovered the emergency fire pump inside the control building has a 50-gallon fuel tank. Also found chemicals were being stored inside the building. These are within the 100 foot setback from the well. ACTION NEEDED: System to install secondary containment for the fuel tank, move chemicals to another location more than 100 feet from the well, lock cover over well head. | ||
