| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrates concentration greater than 50% of the MCL DETAILS: I contacted Jackie Inman regarding a nitrates sample result of 6.77 from a sample taken on 3-19-2015. I informed Ms. Inman of the requirement to begin monitoring quarterly for nitrates for a period of at least one year because the nitrated concentration exceeded half of the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Begin quarterly monitoring for nitrates for a period of at least one year. | ||
