Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: I phoned the water system operator, Derek Hurst, and spoke with him regarding the correcting of the following significant deficiencies noted on WSS: no raw water sample tap for well#2, no raw water coliform sample for well #2, no initial Arsenic test for well#2, quarterly coliform sampling is not up to date, no O & M manual, no ERP, no plan review for new source well#2 or UV light. He assured me that these deficiencies will be corrected or will write to me for extension of deadline of 04/04/2015. I informed him to send me pictures of corrections to my email inbox when completed. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up after 04/01 to ensure completed.
