| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow-up DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Pergin with All Well and Pump and Jim Smith the brother of the owners, regarding the water system today. A violation has been generated for not correcting no plan review deficiency for water softener/UV light installed on system. Mr. Pergin will send in completed paperwork as soon as possible and Mr. Smith assured this would be done in a timely manner. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
