| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System is pursuing a construction waiver for setback violation. Sarah Owen-Earls has been the contact for obtaining well information used for the waiver. A plan review is also required for a previously installed UV light. Jay MacPherson replied via email on 3/27/15 that the system has not made contact for plan review. I emailed Ms. Owen-Earls on 3/27/15 to follow up on the UV light, but I have not yet received a response. ACTION NEEDED: Pursue plan review for UV light. Follow up with firm by 4/30/15. | ||
