| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: I phoned the water system operator, Derek Hurst, and spoke with him regarding the correcting of the following significant deficiencies noted on WSS: wellhead not protected from flooding, no Operations and Maintenance Manual, and no Emergency Response Plan. He assured me that these deficiencies will be corrected or will write to me for extension of deadline of 04/04/2015. I informed him to send me pictures of corrections to my email inbox when completed. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up after 04/01 to ensure completed. | ||
