| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 5/12/15 DETAILS: Talked with Al and he is now aware there was a positive sample. I talked with Dawn at Umpqua labs and they have taken the four repeats and the five trigger samples yesterday. They are in the process of getting the results. They will post them today ACTION NEEDED: If any positive for Ecoli then I will call Al and make sure they are going through the proper steps to inform the customers. | ||
